Welcome to the Monday Leisure Club
A community initiative dedicated to enriching the lives of disabled adults in the Bradford district.
Our hallmark weekly gathering, the Monday Leisure Club, takes place every Monday from 7pm to 8:30pm at Sedbergh Sports Centre, where our team of volunteers engage with members across all ability levels to offer a medley of enjoyable sports and leisure activities.
Acting as a social hub, the club extends a warm invitation for members to step out, interact, and forge lasting friendships. Beyond our weekly sessions, we also host summer and Christmas parties, day excursions and overnight trips, all encapsulated in a spirit of camaraderie and inclusion.
